With free air to get to a complete vacuum will take about 4-5 minutes. Obviously off gassing of silicone will effect that time, we do not have exact numbers on that.
How Long would it take the 9CFM pump to take 15 gal unit to 30 in? I would be using a fairly viscous silicone BVV™ V9D 9CFM Two Stage Vacuum Pump
