How do I dry the beads?

They're now pink. Just need to know the correct way to make them blue

You can put the beads in an oven at 400-450F to dry them, preferably a forced air drying oven. Be sure that there are no residual solvents on the beads that would render them flammable, if you have a vacuum chamber or purging oven it would be good to put them in there first.
