The tank has a pressure relief on the top at .2Mpa, or 29 psi, and an adjustable pressure relief on the side that can be used to maintain an exact pressure level. The fermentation tank could be used to carbonate beer, but it would be best to use a Brite tank for that which includes a carbonation stone:
