The internal diameter is about 14.75", and the max depth is 8". Any flasks that are significantly smaller than this should be insulated with fiberglass rope for best heating results.
Do you have internal dimensions of your 20l mantle? I need to see if my flask will fit in it. Thank ya 20L Digital Heating Mantle
