All these pumps will not rust or corrode inside, but water vapor will not be good to have in the oil. It can cause other problems such as overheating/melting gaskets or vacuum depth issues. .001mbar will not be achievable with any kind of contaminants in the oil, a cold trap is definitely recommended for the application.
The internal components are all very similar in these pumps, if you have a smaller setup then the 5.6CFM pump will work:

If you have a larger setup do not need UL listing on the pump then i would recommend using the 14.1CFM pump:
