You can choose to add a regulator to the tank in the selectable options. You can fill balloons without using a regulator, just by connecting and disconnecting the nozzle when the balloon is full.
Can the psi be lowered from 1595? High Purity Helium Tank 99.99% (19g / 106 liters)
I have been totally disappointed with the commercial helium, balloon, fillers. The balloons fall down after just a few hours. I am having a large anniversary party and wish the balloons to stay in the air. Can this tank be used to inflate balloons i.e. can the pressure be regulated to the right amount
