Liquinox - Critical Cleaning Detergent
Solvents
I am thinking about using Liquinox for watch part cleaning, will it dissolve Shellac? is it better to rinse it off in water or Isopropyl alcohol?
Can it be poured down the sink when done in a residential area?
Are there strong odours associated with it?

Liquinox is a mild detergent, non hazardous and can be used in a residential situation. It does not have any strong odor. Compatibility with shellac is unknown. It is best to rinse the parts in a bath of RO or DI water after cleaning in Liquinox.
