Once the nozzle is twisted can I let go and have the balloon fill up on its own or do I have to continuously twist the nozzle?

After twisting on the nozzle, you will not need to hold the nozzle on the bottle and gas will continuously flow until the nozzle is twisted off. You will most likely need to hold the balloon on the nozzle so it does not fly off.
