Can this safely be used for human consumption for personal use only? Is this poisonous or dangerous to do so?

Is this safe to consume? I'm confused. The USP is safe to consume, but technically this cannot? If it cannot be, can you please explain why, like I'm a child?

What this means is that the chemical is manufactured to high purity levels and is safe for use in pharmaceutical, clinical, or personal care products. This product, **200 Proof Ethanol – Industrial – Excise Tax Included**, is undenatured ethanol that is **out of USP specification**; depending on the lot, it may exceed the limit for acetal or acetaldehyde. It is sold for industrial use, not for manufacturing beverage products. BVV does not sell undenatured ethanol for beverage production.
